Cattle 4-5 days (fibrin, loss of bright red colour)

Cattle- tongue 1 day unrupted vesicle
Cattle: 2 days. Fresh lesion, red raw base, a sharp edge, no fibrin deposition
Cattle: 3 day old lesion, note slight fibrin deposition and smoother edges
Cattle-Freshly ruptured- you can see a flap of epithelium on the left side of the lesion
